Call for Applications: Fulbright Specialist Program 2027

The program enables Croatian host institutions to develop projects tailored to their specific needs and priorities and to host U.S. specialists for a period of two to six weeks. Its aim is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and expertise, encourage long-term cooperation, and strengthen partnerships between Croatian and U.S. institutions.

Applications must be submitted by Croatian host institutions through the World Learning online portal. Applicants are required to register as new users and complete the online application form.

Applications will be reviewed in February 2027 and subsequently submitted to Washington for final approval. Selected and approved projects may be implemented between May 1, 2027, and September 30, 2028.
