Professional memberships

President of the Istrian Association of Librarians (2010-2012, 2012-2014, 2022-2024)

President of the Working Group for Green Libraries (2015-2017, 2017-2019, 2021-2022)

Vice-President of the Commission for Green Libraries of the Croatian Library Association (2022-)

Since 2011, he has been the initiator and leader of the first and most active Green Library project in Croatia, with around 180 activities (lectures, forums, film screenings, book promotions). In 2014, the project was awarded with the Commendation for the BEST project awarded by the Society of Librarians of Istria.

He is the winner of the Tibor Toth Award in 2018 for overall activity in the field of information sciences.
